No service from MTN.

We have a coverage tower on the farm. This is our only mean of communication. Die to some problem on the tower we cannot phone or cannot receive calls. We reported this issue on 7 February and untill today received no help from MTN. Today, one month later we hear they closed our ticket as the problem has been resolved. Nobody visited our site and we still can't make calls. If I want to cancel my contract they just threaten me that it will be with penalties. We can't use our phones due the fact that their service is non existent but the problem is ours. MTN you are absolutely useless and has pathetic service
