No service from MTN

I was ****med and had to pay for 3 data bundles. I now want to share these bundles. MTN have kept me on a string for weeks now and will not allow me to share the bundles. I have had ref numbers ticket numbers, messaged on Facebook and Twitter and nothing gets done. It is an absolute disgrace. Can you help
