No service from MTN

After trying to get a sim swap done and spending endless hours on the phone as well as the store, and being **** at several times by the customer service agent, i know write this post to inform you that the problem is not solved after 54 hours, this has been going on since Wednesday and instead of wasting time with MTN i now use thes to warn you the reader. I will use every platform i have to do this
