No service from MTN
Good day,<br> <br> I have been calling MTN service desk for more than an hour for assistance with a faulty CAT phone I have received last week.First you have to struggle to get through and then the agent or perhaps cleaner on the other side are so *********** that they slam the phone down in your ear.This is not the first time I have problems with MTN customer service,but truly are getting fed up with it.

According to our records the sales person who sold you the phone advised you to return the phone to the store. This will also be escalated to the sales department for resolution.
