NO SERVICE FROM ***** DEPT & CUSTOMER CARE DEPT

I don't usually do this but i have no choice but to post my frustration here. I'm not an MTN customer (Never was) but have been inconvenienced because MTN opens accounts for every Tom, **** and Harry without doing their proper checks and now I'm sitting with an account to be paid thats not even MINE!!!! *** MTN!!! It is now 2 years trying to resolve this. No response from your ***** dept, customs care or any help line. ITS RIDICULOUS!!!!! So now I have resorted to social media to get this resolved - maybe you will contact me NOW!
