No service for 4Months

Am actually ****ed with you pathetic MTN People, I took my phone for repairs at HVRC in Halfway 4 months ago and was told the same day to collect a new phone which I have been struggling with for the past 4 months driving in and out of ur morningside store like a fool every week and calling MTN Direct to no avail, basically I don't have a cellphone since your MTN Direct people cant deliver a phone to me and ur store cant issue one to me because I obtained it from MTN Direct, so I stopped the debit orders from going through, no service no money, now that I blocked u from takin my money you have the guts to hand my account over yet I still don't have a phone and receiving no service from you.... I need a new phone delivered here before any money is paid to ur pathetic company or rather cancel the stupid contract and don't contact me I will do the same, there's other service providers who take customers serious, I am tired of been taken up and down by you yet u take my money...call on the given numbers if u willing to resolve this
