No service

I recently moved to MTN from another network. Since my contract became active I have not been able to receive any calls or sms's. Have tried to call customer care but just get transferred from this department to that department, nobody being willing to assist. Spent hours on the phone waiting for somebody to help and calls just get cut. I received an email saying my query was closed, but nothing was resolved. I depend on OTPs and calls for my work so they are now messing with my ability to earn a living. They need to let me know if they still want me as a customer.
