No Service Delmas, Mpumalanga

Good Day,

It has now been months that your Network is not operational in Delmas, Mpumalanga.

It is more off than on, and when signal is received it is so slow and weak that nothing can be done.

You might state what ever you want, however you are in bridge of contract and therefore can not expect payment for something that you are not delivering on.
