good day , I sent multiple and numerious calls in regards to the below issue and upto date no response. the only response i received was from Thato luka notifying that it has been escalated . im tire of MTN and Payment is made everymonth for these service.

My other contract phone has been with you since jan just for the phone to be chnaged even today i havent received anything but im paying for it .

what reaally need to happen for you guys to render service
