No service delivery abd a very unhappy client

I've logged a complaint/query on 17/12/3024 to date no feedback. Telesales was done and the recording will confirm that what I received is not what was sold to me. If calls are recorded why the delay. What an inconvenience I had to phone three different departments to no avail. Now am email query logged and stil no resolution. I am a long standing client and not happy with the service received
