NO Service delivery
<p>I pay monthly for MTN insurance. My phone was ****** a while ago by an armed *****. I followed all the procedures. As soon as I got home, I called MTN to explain what had happened and they blocked my phone and gave me a reference number. The following morning I reported the incident to the police and obtained a case number. I then sent my completed claim form to ********** as stated on the claim form. I have been without a phone for weeks. I have sent my claim form numerous times with no response. They also promise a loan phone which I obviously didnt get because they dont respond. I have stopped trying to phone them because its pointless. Now I need to involve my lawyer and spend money to get this resolved. MTN is USELESS!</p>
