NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!

My husband ordered a internet package which was supposed to be delivered yesterday already. Firstly they said last week that the delivery could be accepted by me his legal wife if I gave my certified ID copy. Then day before yesterday they changed their story and only he could take delivery because of bio-metric verification. While I appreciate the high level of security, my husband just followed up on our order and now the consultant can't answer where our delivery which was paid for is. WE NEED ANSWERS!!! WE DEMAND DELIVERY TODAY STILL!!!!
