No Service - Data bundle not loaded

I took out the mtn black Friday special in 2020, I am supposed to receive 15GB Anytime data per month 5GB Social data per month 5GB Streaming data per month 750 All-net minutes per month 750 On-net minutes per month

I have not received my 15GB Anytime data per month

I have called the contact center no assistance, went to the store (ticket logged I have to wait 7 business days)

Please give me service that's all I ask for, I hate the running around, for a service that I pay for!
