No Service Champions.

My continued problems and lack of service from MTN continue since my upgrade 4 weeks back. My latest problem is that my voice mail message and voice mailbox has ceased to exist, this on my personal phone that I use for business, so now if I am in a meeting or unavailable my phone rings out and who ever was trying to get hold of me cannot leave message, the call simply ends. I have checked this on my phone and the message I get is my message is enabled. MTN's solution, we will log a query and hopefully it will be resolved in 72 hours. It is time that the consumer protection act took companies like MTN to task, they take their full bill every month and deliver the most pathetic services. When you talk to a customer services champion please understand that they are the champions for no service.
