You can not call 135 as there is no option to talk to an actual human being. Does MTN not employ people to answer consumer queries anymore? I find an online chat on your website but apparantly that is only for Nigeria. Then Nigeria tells me the best way to contact you is via social media, are you kidding me, what type of business is this where the best way to contact you is via social media.
