No Service Breach of Contract

I have had a very serious problem since the 14th November and today is the 19th.<br> <br> I cannot receive calls on my phone from any other mobile number.Telkom landline calls come through but no calls from MTN, Vodacom and other mobile service providers.<br> <br> I have complained every day and get promises to restore the service in 24 hours. I have several reference numbers<br> <br> MTN have reset the services more than 5 times with no results. The call has been escalated to second line support with no result<br> <br> I have no choice but to cancel my contract at not cost to myself as MTN is in breach of contract as they are incapable of fixing the problem and providing a service.<br> <br> I have logged this on Hello peter as a record and as a means of letting the public know of this pathetic service.<br> <br> It is possible that others are also suffering as this is a network problem but no one at MTN seems to be able to resolve the issue or admit the problem.
