NO SERVICE - Black Friday Deals

I have app**** for a Black Friday deal ONLINE on 4 December, and is still waiting for someone to phone me back. I have phoned 083135, *** (new contracts) *** (retention dep) numerous times just to be transferred from one person to another and to be cut off after holding on for 45 min and spending almost 3 hours on the phone. The service of MTN is shocking and the staff is *********** in assisting with a simple thing like a Black Friday deal. Not sure where to go from here as no one is picking up their phones and no one is phoning me back!!! Totally disappointed and frustrated!
