No service at MTN Somerset Mall and the next deadline for payment of my debit order

I went to MTN in Somerset Mall mid July to upgrade my data contract and move my debit order from my business account to a trust account and told it will take 2 - 3 days before I need to come in again and sign the move. I have been back weekly for 4 weeks, I left numerous email messages 10 (Lee-Roy) and also tried to phone the office, but never got to a consultant. I need to move the debit order before the next deadline....
