No service at MTN Cavendish

I've got a new hand-me-down phone. It usually takes me about three months to transfer across on these occasions, so my GF sends me off to MTN in the linkway, Cavendish to get it done professionally. I go in. There are SEVEN 'assistants' sitting at the sales points, but only one is assisting anybody. The rest are discussing things or working at their computers. Three customers waiting. I start coughing and shuffling and one 'assistant' finally takes the hint and signals me over. I explain what I want - can he do it? Well, no. The guy who does the Samsungs is off on Mondays - I'll have to come back in tomorrow. So a guy who works in a cellphone shop doesn't know how to transfer to and from a SAMSUNG. Only ONE GUY in the whole enterprise can do that. Never seen a more blatant can't-be-bothered brush-off in my born days . The chances of me going back tomorrow or ever - are precisely nil.
