No service at all - They just took my money - 1 Month still no reply

MTN decided when my contract came to an end to move me to another package, without any communication.

They billed and subtracted 3 times my normal subscription amount.

I immediately went to the nearest branch. Still awaiting feedback. No support.

They basically just stole my money.
