NO SERVICE AT ALL FROM MTN RETENTIONS!!!!

I tried to cancel my contract since 31 January 2023 ref f960b360-b85c-4840-a66d-a31b70a675ed I have mailed MTN retentions 31 January 2023, 3 February 2023, 15 February 2023 with now answer at all!!! Now they deducted over R700 this month. I want to cancel this contract immediately!!!! *** CONTACT ME!!! ***
