No service at all

MTN Springs Mall is terrible, Since Monday till date they are always offline at 5pm they don't even want to help with anything unless you're buying something, other than that "we are offline" For three days consecutively now, only God knows if this is their everyday practice or not. In the mean time my main number which I've been using for over 10 years is not working. They are on theor personal calls and you will have to wait until that call is over and they will tell you "we are offline" and from there they are done with you
