No service at all!

I’ve never had to experience such bad service when it come to the retention department! Totally understand that people are working from home and all but you hold the whole day to get through to retention/cancellations department you’d swear these employees are sleeping at home instead of working from home. Since last year till this day can’t get through, my requests get escalated but no call back. Going to the branch is so useless cause they tell you to call their useless line!
