Mtn has absolutely no customer service. I have been trying to cancel an old internet (****le) contract for over a month. I have phone customer service, spoken to management, sent emails to the complaints department, went to mtn stores and spent hours on the phone talking to employees that do absolutely nothing. I have even been told by employees of mtn that they don't have a cancelation department anymore so they can't do anything for me, what a joke. mtn basically make it seem impossible to cancel a contract. absolutely pathetic. my email address is: ***.
