No service and feedback from MTN

On Friday the 20th October I have app**** for a mobile phone at MTN online. They contacted me Saturday the 21st, and completed the process, said delivery will take 3 days. Since then I haven't had any feedback from MTN, and when following up on my order online with reff MV ********** , I get a no data error. Meaning my application wasn't even processed. This is really bad services and I cant help but wonder if MTN is the service provider to choose then. Now I know why everyone is losing faith in MTN, and converting to cell C. I will definitely be contacting them next. Thanx MTN for opening my eyes.
