NO SERVICE!!!!!

I'm hoping this review will get someone to call me. I have been calling MTN since Friday to have my router activated but alas no joy whatsoever.

I called numerous times this morning, the agents keep transferring me from pillar to post or just plain ignoring me. I'm fed up. When yall wanted my money you were calling me more than twice a day, now that you have it you discard me without even providing a service i paid for. Please also prepare to credit all these days i paid for that I've not had internet. MY ROUTER IS STILL NOT WORKING EVEN THOUGH THE SIM CARD HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AND RICAD SUCCESSFULLY,PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
