No service
MTN not providing the service that was paid for. Debit order collected on the 25th of last month. We're on the 8th of this month. Still no internet access.
According to them the account or data has not been provisioned. This we learned on 2nd already.
Despite daily phone calls and 3 visits to our closest MTN store, we still don't have the service that was paid for. Every day we hear we have to wait until tomorrow.

The internet service provider cannot provide us with internet while they sort out an issue they have admitted is on their side.
Do you think we'll get a discount? No. But they make sure they take their money on time. Regardless of wether you can use the service it was intended for.
