No Service

I have tried several times to apply for a cellphone contract, I just receive an email stating that my application has been submitted for approval... following no feedback at all. No phonecall or sms to state approval or declined.

I even phoned and emailed Mondo, but no one was able to assist. They were unable to assist me with the pending status and unable to escalate the matter.
