So my cell phone contract is up for review.

Went to the MTN store in bedford center to renew the contract

Asked the service agent NAME available for assistance

Needless to say i should not have bothered Knowledge of the packages very limited dare i say non existent

Reads his personal messages whilst serving me

So i left non the wiser

Maybe Vodacom is an option

Surely with the high level of unemployment personnel with a service culture can and should b found

But then again below par service is the norm

Alice

My phone contract is up for renewal. I did phone 809 and the confirmed my phone is due for upgrade

My situation has changed I now work away from home and commute home on weekends . This has neccessitated that I get a package with about 3 GB of data as I need it to Skype daily as my spouse is chronically ill.

The agent had no clue with regards to the various offerings or possible combinations of packages and /or seperate packages All he was interested in was What handset would I want

I again state either give proper tarining or ensure trained staff on weekends when you run skeleton staff

Phoning 809 for anything out of the odinary is a total waste of time .

I get the message '

Mr de Jonckheere is you dont like the poor service move on and find another service provider

The very least I would have expected is a phone call from the customer service department

It would seem that loyality accounts for nothing. Being a customer for 15 years obviously does not account for much.

MTN Bedford center you are the BEDROCK . Only problem being that a Rock migrates downwards and eventually it will cease to exist

Thank you ever so much for your kind advice and backing your staff

Kind regards

Rufin

As store manager Begie's hands are tied. As a coporate store I would assume that training and recruitment is done centrally Please correct me if I am wrong
