No Service
<p>My iphone broke almost a month back. since then ive tried several times to phone them as my Iphone is insured with MTN Insurance. ive sent them a E-mail on 2016-10-08 and received a pre written computer reply that said they have a bag log of 5 days. on 2016-10-17 i sent them another E-mail and again got the same reply that they have a back log of 5 days. till now i am have a broken Iphone with me and have no idea where to take it or what the way forward is a.s they do not answer there phones either.</p>
