no service

4 months back i upgrated to a samsung S6 phone, the phone gave problems. On the 8th of August i give the phone in at the Mtn Durbanville branch for a warrenty accesment, they told me it would take between 5 to 7 working days to an answer for accesment center. On the 19the of August Mtn Durbanville phoned me to tell me i can come and pic a new phone of the same value as the samsung.......none of the phones that i have picked were available not even the a new samsung. Mtn Durbanville assured me they will order me a samsung s6 phone and i will receive is within a few days. On the 29th i still have not received any phone. i Phoned the Mtn call center...they told me that there was no samsung s6 phones available and that i must go back to Mtn durbanville and instruct them so write back my contract because they can’t assist me with a phone , and that i will be able to take out a new contact. Since the 29the of August i have spoken numerous times with the Mtn call center (they can’t assist me as Mtn durbanville is only a franchise), Mtn durbanville manager, the area manager, Western Cape regional manager....and still is a have not have any success...no phone or no canceled contract.
