No Service

It has been a year now since this response from MTN. And still nothing happend to the broken phone. I paid insurance for 2 years for nothing. The first MTN shop said they will phone me to pick up the phone. Then I went to another MTN store just for them to lost my claim form.... And head office say they don't have any knowledge of my claim. So now after my contract has ended with MTN I just can't seem to get any one to help me terminate my contract. I have email them, even contacted them trough their web. After weeks they have ask for a copy of my ID. Weeks later I received a mail, saying that I am a ***** that they don't pick up my id no on their system?? How can I get rid of MTN.... Can someone please advise me!!!!!
