No service

Is it in any way possible to get a contract cancelled by MTN? I have explored all possible venues, from standing in a long queue at the local MTN shop to writing numerous emails and listening to a phone ringing endlessly. Writing this review is my last resort and was not taken lightly. I am frustrated beyond believe.
