NO SERVICE!!!

Nashua Mobile has moved all MTN customers over to the MTN base. I have had my cell contract with Nashua for 5 years and never once had a problem. As soon I was moved over to MTN my problems started. I pay my monthly fee via EFT on the 27th of every month and never have I had an unsuccessful payment. Last month on the 20th I received an sms stating that I was overdue on my account and if I do not pay by the 23rd my account will be suspended. I then called to correct my date of payment. I was assured that everything was sorted out. This month the exact same thing happens and I am constantly receiving sms' s saying that my account is overdue. I try continuously to contact mtn and either get cut off or have to wait 30 minutes then get cut off. As a valued and loyal customer I am most dissapointed with the service or rather lack there of. You can guarantee that I will not be renewing my contract which ends in a few months. And MTN has lost yet another customer. Its not the fact that the error took place... mistakes happen... its that I rectified the problem yet it still persists. Thank You MTN. Angry Customer

Hello custmr99,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

As per the system your account is on Cash payment profile. If you are a cash paying customer you have 21 days to pay your account. The only way to stop the payment reminders is for you to be put on Debit order.

You may do this by calling 808 or by going to the MTN service centre at the Pavilion.

regards
Thabelo
