No service

The tower in Senekal has been down for 4 days. Every day the ticket gets closed without it being fixed and then the next day a new ticket is opened. The people at MTN coverage just tell you to switch off your router and turn it back on, this helps for about 2 minutes and then you are back to no service. The ticket will take 24 to 48 hours to be resolved yet this never happens. Meanwhile you are paying for a service you are not receiving and you just get a I am so sorry for the inconvenience
