No service!
Last week we went away to the Kruger Park. We stayed at the Protea Hotel Kruger Gate. I bought a 300MB one week data bundle to utilize whilst there. Then MTN promptly went of the air for almost the entire week and I never got to use the data. Now that I'm back home I don't need the data and it expired this morning anyway. Would you consider giving me a refund as it was through no fault of my own that the data was rendered useless?

Thank you for your post.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it caused.
Kindly be advised that the system shows that you were able to connect to the internet whereby some of the bundles were used. A credit of R20 airtime will be passed for the remainder of the data bundles that expired, it should reflect on your airtime balance within 2 to 24 hours. In future if you are experiencing connection problems, kindly contact our call centre on 173. Please be advised that we will not be able to credit for data bundles that have expired.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
