No SERVICE!!!

If I could give a minus stars I would.

I have been struggling with MTN to do an upgrade, the store keeps telling they have a system error but it seems no one knows how to get past this system error even if the escalate it, it goes no where! I have never been so frustrated in my life!! 5 days later and still no upgrade So I tried to do the upgrade to phone, now a new problem the package I wanted is NO LONGER available due to NEW specials for February 2025 and the package I wanted was for January only!

How is this possible that no one can assist with an UPGRADE??

MTN can be sure that I will cancel all 4 my contracts with them due to these type of service

Very Frustrated!!!
