No Service

I handed my phone over to mtn morningside as the camera was not working.<br> <br> I have waited for over three weeks and have not received feedback.<br> <br> I was patient as I knw mtn employees were on strike.<br> <br> I took a drive today to MTN Midrand and Ive told that MTN will not repair the phone as the phone is cracked. The phone was handed over to MTN without a crack.
