no service

on the 02/12/2020 i bought signed for a MTN data sim contract from edenvale greenstone MTN by Emma Molikeng, when i got home i connected the devise and have no service, i called MTN they referred me to RICA, RICA ref me to the MTN store and the store advises the sales person is off and they put me on hold using my airtime, i had to buy prepaid data for a meeting after signing a contract, i want my internet and compensation ***
