NO SERVICE

My contract ends today, and i was told to contact 808 to migrate to pay as u go. after being on hold for 5 min. i was told that the call centre opp hilda, cant help me and the people that can help me are not availible. i asked to speak to the supervisor/ manager and was told that i cant speak to the manager and the the supervisor is out for lunch, i was then told to hold untill they return from lunch. i just need some1 to help me. so basically the call centre opp cant help me. <br> call ref is ***
