No service!!

I am so disgusted by the way you do business! I phoned on Saturday to switch my number to pay-as-you-go, the person said it will be processed on Monday on Tuesday and they will phone me to confirm once done. Needless to say...nobody phoned. When I phoned just now again, I was told that nothing has been canceled. What the $&@! Happened to my request I logged on Saturday!?!?! This is the reference number your patetic agent gave me: ***. I want my number!!! Now I have to wait another 24 hours and hope the person I spoke to now actually did her job. This is why I am moving to another provider, patetic service!!!!!!
