No service

In December Mtn had Apple Music 6 months free after that,you will be billed R59,99 a month,last month a received a sms stating I will be billed R59,99 a month to my contract,today I am listening to music and now I don’t have any Apple Music subscription,what is going on with Mtn,the first time a called today to complain,they transferred me to upgrades,thought that was funny,2nd time I called the lady was listening to my complaint and she didn’t have a clue what Apple Music is ????before I end the call,she said is there any else,I felt ****ed off,now I regret doing my upgrade with Mtn,the staff there are useless,I don’t have these issues with Vodacom.dont Mtn train there staff any more
