no sense of urgency

So I received the letter regarding excess payment. I paid 2 days ago already. But I still don't have my phone, there are too many channels in getting my phone smart phone repair centre etc, MTN can't even tell me when they will deliver my phone. I am going home today, they better deliver the phone to where I will be for Christmas. This is frustrating and inconveniencing a paying customer. I am definitely moving my business somewhere else
