No sense of \How to resolve issues\""

I bought a Acer laptop from MTN and it started giving problems charging. I then took the laptop to MTN Cape Gate to have it repaired as I was close to the end of my warranty however MTN took the laptop to some third party where they determined the wrong charger was used and I should now pay for the whole process.

This whole process took almost 2 months and the feedback given was that it was the wrong charger when I know for certain that this was bull as I only used the charger provided to me by MTN however Noleen never provided feedback up until the last and I had to return to the store occasionally only to find out she is not there and when sales called her she refused to speak to me and informed the sales guy she will return my call which she never,

prior to this the only feedback I got from her was \it's not there problem\" as the wrong charger was use. Even after explaining that it is impossible as the only charger used was the one provided by MTN and between MTN and repairs they must have miss placed it now its my problem.

Stay away from MTN as they have no regard for their consumers. #MTNMUSTFALL"
