No router but pay

I am paying for a WiFi Router that i never ordered and was delivered to me and i returned it to the nearest MTN store . I have been following up numerous times and all i get is a reference number every time but no action. I love MTN but this deal i was cheated and i am still paying for something that is not in my possesion.
