No return on calls after several promises.

MTN online sales person not returning my calls after several calls to the online department. I recently app**** for data package. I was advised that I had been successful in my application but that I would have to call my agent Nadine from online sales. I had called the online sales department. They kept on saying that Nadine will call me back. I haven't received any call yet!
