No retention happening here - disgusting service

Sifiso in the retention department was all helpful on Wed trying to sort out a MTN created problem. Well that’s the last I heard from him. I emailed him asking for an update, I called his number and left messages. Nothing. Today (Sat) I try again only yo be told that department doesn’t work Sat. Appears they don’t work on any day! How to lose another customer. Oh and don’t bother to ask to speak to a supervisor because they aren’t available either.
