No response to website request

I completed a website request on MTN direct on the 20 November and received an email on the 20 November from MTN stating that an MTN liaison would contact me shortly to assist me. I have not received any response from MTN and again contacted them on the 26 November urgently requesting that someone contact me. The purpose of my enquiry was seeking a new cell phone contact package. To date I have received no call, or any contact from MTN. When one considers the extremely poor reputation of MTN this is simply not good enough.
