No response to questions asked!

I renewed my MTN contract on 31/12/2015. After all the paper work was done and I left the store, I used the 141 prompt to check my available airtime, which at the time was: Airtime Balances: Expiry Airtime: R2287.03 valid until 11/04/2016. (I can prove this as I took a screen shot of the reply I received from MTN)<br> On 30/3/2016, I was busy on a call when I was informed that I have depleted my airtime and that my call will be ended. I called the call centre on 808 and spoke to an agent (unfortunately I did not take her name and I did not ask for a reference number) however I can prove that a made the call as I took a screen shot.<br> The agent went into my profile and informed me that I had in excess of an hour's airtime, this is a network problem and she will reset it, I must please switch off my phone for 5 minutes and then my airtime will \back\"<br> An hour later I still had no airtime and I phoned them again, I spoke to Ayesha Jaffa who informed me that I have no airtime and she doubts whether the previous agent looked at the correct profile as there would be a note confirming my call to them. Ref no:*** - I sent 3 e-mails - 31/3, 1/4, 4/4 and no one is getting back to me."
