No response to possible ***** and complaint on upgrade

I logged a complaint and concern of ***** on my account on the 16th of May 2022. This has not been resolved, even called in after and requested a manager to contact me, no manager has called. Today I received a contract that I have not app**** for or spoken to anyone today.
